Notaries Public are Gatekeepers for Accurate and Secure Notarizations in Today’s Modernized Notary Public Profession: Notarization Is More Relevant Today Than Ever Before!
The 2023 Maryland Notary Public Day Conference will be an unparalleled two-day educational and networking experience for ALL NOTARY PUBLIC PROFESSIONALS NATIONWIDE! This program will recognize Notary Public professionals for their hard work and commitment to the general public, business, and government by providing notarial education and information about legal requirements, business best practices and procedures, and current events that are important to performing notarial responsibilities properly, effectively, and legally. In addition to education and information, Notaries will receive prizes and surprises. Notaries will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face and virtually with national and local notary public officials, leaders, and business affiliates to learn about the state of the mortgage industry, electronic notarization, remote notarization, digital notary fraud arms race, benefits of being a member of the National Notary Association, and new Maryland notary regulations.
Educational workshops will be presented on a variety of topics to enhance your notary business, including but not limited to, statutory notary fees for the General Notary and Remote Notary, General Notary Work (GNW), Loan Closings in English and Spanish, Electronic Notarization (IPEN), Remote Ink Notarization (RIN), and Remote Notarization (RON).
Two Ways to Attend: Virtually and In-Person
1. VIRTUALLY: The attendee joins the Friday evening and Saturday sessions online via Zoom.
2. IN-PERSON: The attendee joins the Friday evening session virtually and the Saturday session in person on the Prince George's Community College (PGCC) campus, Center for Performing Arts, Proscenium Theater (301 Largo Road, Largo, MD 20774).

Each year, we select an organization or school to receive a charitable donation in support of a defined purpose in the community or for those in need. Your participation, support, and contributions to make this year's effort a success is appreciated! Plans are currently underway in determining this year’s proposed “Giving Back to the Community” project and we will make an announcement in September 2023.
