To support your chosen method of operation, certain tools are essential. One key tool is a RON platform, which helps you build, manage, and streamline your business.
It is important to understand that marketing your services is your responsibility. While a few platforms may occasionally refer clients to their notaries, these referrals are limited. Every notary must develop and implement a personal marketing strategy and plan.

Client’s identity is verified by asking questions based on public records or credit‑file data stored in databases. KBA identification for notarizations is authorized in Maryland
Biometric Identification
Client’s identity is confirmed using unique physical traits such as facial recognition, fingerprints, or iris scans. Biometric Identification for notarizations is not authorized in Maryland.
