Notarial services can now also be provided remotely. However, the need for notaries to provide services utilizing the traditional method of in-person, pen and paper still remains. This session describes the characteristics of each method and incorporates the core notarial principle of deterring fraud. Since “ALL SYSTEMS ARE GO,” the notary professional can choose to operate their notary business as a Traditional, Remote or Dual Notary.
