3/15/2022 11:10 AM Subject: I PASSED My Title Producer Exam To Elaine Wright Harris Hi Ms. Elaine, I was in your TIPIC pre-licensing class in December and I took my state exam this morning and PASSED! To prepare, I studied with my study group two days a week and also on my own. Leading up to the exam, I took the quizzes every day and reviewed the answers I did not know. I would say that you definitely have to know the concepts in order to pass the test. Thank you for your teaching and I look forward to taking your classes on how to review the documents for closings.

3/14/2022 11:57 AM Thank You! Hello Elaine, I am writing to share with you that I took the TIPIC exam on Monday, March 14, 2022. I set a goal for myself to take the exam within a month of completing your course. I attended the January 24 - February 15, 2022 course. I opted out of joining a study group because I have a busy schedule with my children and their extra-curricular activities. I did a lot of studying using the Quizlet platform. I created Quizlets and used the ones you provided so I could study on the go. It paid off. I get really anxious when taking tests, but I am excited to say that I passed on the first try!  Thank you for your guidance through the process.

3/14/2022 2:09 PM I PASSED MY TIPIC EXAM! Hi Mrs. Elaine, Whoop! Whoop! I PASSED MY EXAM! I took your class last year, March 2021. Well...what took me so long? I was busy with my other real estate business, a licensed realtor in Baltimore, and dealing with life as it presented itself. I set a date (two weeks to be exact), reviewed all the information you provided to us during/post-class, recalled some of the information from my real estate experience, and went on to "DO D'TING" (in my Trinidadian accent).  So Mrs. Elaine...humbly and grateful, what's the next step? No putting the cart before the horse. Let's Roll!

I put all studying on hold during the holidays, returned to studying the last week of January. The handbook and Quizlet were excellent study tools. I set a goal of completing my exam before the end of March 2022. I achieved my target on point, now ready to begin my loan signing services.  My recommendation to other students is to use every tool provided by Mrs. Harris, especially the Quizlet. “Study “, “Study”, “Study “. From: Tiffany King To: The Desk of Elaine Wright Harris Date: 03/11/2022 1:35 PM Subject: I PASSED MY TITLE PRODUCER EXAM!!!!!  Good Afternoon Mrs. Elaine, I was in your Prelicensing Course from January 24, 2022- February 15, 2022 (three weeks ago). I’m writing to let you know that today I took my Title Insurance Producer Exam and I passed with a 91% on my first try. I did self-study instead of joining a study group. I just study better independently. My study time consisted of 2 hours a day and extra time on the weekends. I also, read the entire book 3 times. I also downloaded the Prometric outline of the test provided in the TASGH Handbook and used that as a study guide.
