TASG Pre-Licensing Course provides aspiring Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractors (TIPICs) with an understanding of concepts and principles in the title industry required to pass the Maryland state licensing exam (administered by PSI exams).
TIPICs are required to complete 16 hours of continuing education (CE); at least three (3) hours must relate directly to "ethics". Trusted Agent Services Group provides continuing education credit classes that provides exceptional field experience for the new TIPIC.

A TIPIC is an independent contractor, including an attorney, who provides on behalf of a TIP escrow, closing, or settlement services that may result in the issuance of a title insurance contract. A TIPIC must be a commissioned notary in order to witness documents.
